Another call to the 800 number and I was told I would have to wait over 2 weeks for a new washer to be delivered. Day of, the window for drop out was 7-11am. We had always had such a great experience shopping at the home depot store near where we lived — helpful staff, hassle free checkout etc. NEVER AGAIN will we shop at HOME DEPOT! The new person will need to bring a photo ID and copy of the notification email. The delivery guy just eyeballed it & half measured but made NO attempts to even unload the fridge from the truck. Was not able to cancel the order because it was marked as delivered so the rep had to issue a case was not given any info on how I could follow up with the case.

They are horrible and rude rude rude. Never again will I order anything through Home Depot! The big outlier was the order placed at a Dallas-area store. The Home Depot delivery team is not interested to install. Our new frudge is bigger and got through fine, so it does'nt make sense that the old fridge can't fit through door.

The whole system is no good you can't talk to a real person the delivery guy didn't show up reschedule two times it was the worst experience of my life I would rather go without appliances.
