Not much difference. Two people who both need to do it can do it together, or someone who hasn't finished (or even started) Fushaum Bal yet can help. When you advance the quest, there is a difficult instance where you have to fight the three bosses at once. Note: Doing it with only one-sided quests also has the advantage of leaving you Neutral with both factions. The overall goal is to get to Neutral with both factions, but not necessarily at the same time. Travel to the spot and do the /listen emote.
