I am also having the same problem with hesitation/vibration when cursing at a steady speed and then accelerating a little bit. I drive the truck a mix of hwy and city and I have NEVER noticed when the MDS is either On or Off. Is mds bad for engine light. But it only did it 10% of the time and ran weeks with out feeling it. I will never buy another Jeep Hemi. These are not short trips as my average trip is 380 miles one way. Beautiful truck 16, 000 miles, runs like crap. I will buy a 20 year old beater, they don't have MDS.

I do think that running 89 octane is much preferable during summer months though due to seasonal blends. Started acting up and i diffidently felt it kicking in and out. My hemi liked Mobil 1 0w20 and 89+ octane.
Hey guys--I am the one who started this thread in 2010-2011 with an MDS issue on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, Hemi Its amazing that after all these posts Chrysler has not done something about it.
