Stampin Up Beautiful Trees Dies

Even though I designed this for a Christmas in July theme, I feel like it can work for summer and other occasions too. I cut out the pole using Soft Suede card stock and adhered it using Multipurpose Glue. These adorable Tree Lot Dies from Stampin' UP! This Janette Howard's side step Tree Lot card that inspired me. Next, I cut out all the pieces of the camper using Real Red, Garden Green and So Saffron card stock and glued them together and then onto the background piece. Since we moved to Nashville I don't get to see these ladies very often. If at any time you find a broken link, you can find the complete list of all participants on Sharon's blog. By die cutting the flags in white and coloring them with Sweet Sorbet and Starry Sky blends markers I didn't have to do any paper piecing. Have you tried these designs? I've used some of the colours in the Rings of Love DSP as well as the Silver from the Silver DSP and the Silver Foil for my accordion fold card. Yesterday I shared a card using the camper in a fun retirement card. Well… I finally figured it out.. this is a 5th wheel camper and only has the back wheels.

Thanks for checking out my card today!! Here I have tried to create a scene on the beach at Christmas…. There are a lot of products in the Sale-a-bration catalog that you could earn for free. I left it with green grass, but change the green to Shimmer White or Glitter white and you have snow. I then took a panel of Basic White cardstock and using a Blending Brush added Balmy Blue ink to the top and Granny Apple Green ink to the bottom. I found out, no, this isn't a 5th wheeler either! It was easy to ink up just the word "MERRY" using Night of Navy ink without any masking required as it is the last word in the sentiment. To make this card I first stamped the trees in Garden Green and Evening Evergreen Ink.
