But as it turned out, he did not find a single video that could prove that the girl had entered the house.
It becomes clear that Michael was to kill some other bartender instead of the one he killed. The stranger named John mentioned how his daughter used to be just like Ellie, but he managed to correct her, though it was traumatic for the entire family. 2018 saw a flurry of tech-related dark web films. What about that scene where we watch as Steve heads to the bathroom and melts down a bit? The beer bottle that Steve is drinking from is seen in the opening scene of the movie, with two figures fighting in the background. He's the one that called in the hit on his father's friend knowing full well that Steve would want his money, and would have nothing but grudges to bear. That is actually Michael. The coaster he brings with him, just like the ring Paul wears, has nothing to do with the story of how he got it.
It's the type of story that is scarily close to being a worst-case scenario that fits into real life.
