You might want to ask lolife about the 4wd hanger, I think thats the best way to raise it up 1" or so with the flip. 2" is about as low as I can go and still use the alignment cam adjusters on the front. If the axle actually does need moving, offset locator brackets placed on each spring pack are employed to accommodate the necessary amount of slip.

I am going to try get take as many pics as I can of the install and in as much detail as possible. But I think I know where it's sitting about a 1/2 hour from my place. You can flip the 2wd rear hanger to put the shackle pointed down.
This is a lq4/4l80E swap it was lowered but now its about 1. If you have questions during the install feel free to ask and I will answer your questions as I can. I Forgot to install the shorter bump stops.
