Other reviews noted that because this was next to a public access and Captain Dave's restaurant that it was noisy but we did not have any problems at all. The second bedroom did get a little warm for the girls, but nothing they couldn't manage.

We were very pleased that we got a text saying the unit was ready an hour early since we were in Destin early, that was great. This tiny Technicolor village is reminiscent of Key West in the 50's. There were a few minor issues that probably need addressing sooner rather than later. We knew however that any 5 year old is and decided to take our daughter for her first beach stay. Since it was not in a high rise, we had an incredible view of the stars over the water. Frangista Properties' smartphone app check-in was really easy and someone from even called shortly after we left because they thought we left something behind. The price was reasonable too. Very clean and lots of extra cookware and clean towels. My only REAL issue with this rental is that there is a zero refund policy for ANY reason, including natural disasters. Imagine having the entire oceanfront building to yourself, with two adjoining townhouses, each with separate entrances and tons of amenities. Great communication w owners & Miramar Beach is a gem!!

We always urge our guests to call the local sheriff's department to report any unruly behavior. The rain a few times didnt stop us from having a great time. Shrimp is always good too.
