Dr. Gambs does his best in lab. Vasey's classes have created a very open and unprejudiced environment at the University and I believe that this is crucial for undergraduate students. Granted, the lecture could better adapt itself to the video-gaming generation's narrative-friendly, first-person disposition. I would take any other classes he teaches. This latter point, I believe, is crucial.

Dr. Gambs is really great in lab though, he is always available to help you and is very approachable. Business Statistics and Dr. Arsham, one could not have asked for a better combination. He really helped to give a "it's no big deal" feel to sometimes-awkward topics of sex and sexuality. I enjoyed this course because I see direct implementation of the subject matter in my everyday life. Don't ever stop teaching these classes. I was very impressed by the knowledge and passion that Dr. Vasey has in this course. The assignments fairly tested our overall knowledge of the concepts. Paul's sense of humour is excellent and makes the class, which is already interesting, that much better. Professor Arsham gave his students every opportunity to success in his class. Let me tell you how enjoyable, riveting AND extremely interesting todays lecture was. But these are not enough if the rest of your lecturing is bereft of charisma. Excellent delivery of sometimes difficult subject matter. He was interest to listen to and engaged is students in discussion. Arsham explained class topics in a good manner and used good examples that were easy to understand he is also very enjoyable. Paul was very funny and a great prof who explained everything clearly!! Homework assignment often includes even numbers that does not have answers. The textbook was also easy to follow, and applying the concepts to solve some of the business problems made the course much more interesting. This has been one of my favourite classes I have ever taken at the university…the material is super interesting. The lessons learned will last a lifetime. You will definitely learn a lot in the course that will give you added insight and value. He returns e-mails his students send to him with/questions very timely. If you will take this class, my advice to you is plan ahead, organize your time, and stick to your schedule. This class forces one to think before acting. This has been an interesting class. There are a lots of quizzes but it is not hard if you keep up to his schedule.

The ability to apply one concept in the "real world" encouraged me to look for ways to incorporate the other concepts learned. Unfortunately, I will not be returning next year otherwise I would have definitely taken another class with Dr. Paul Vasey. He was a partner in my relative success in his course. Being able to make the right decisions "within" our respective professions and "throughout" our personal life is the key ingredient to success. But to repackage mass education as student-centred learning is to hawk solipsism-inducing snake oil. He seems very approachable and friendly, and I would love to take a class from him again.
